A practical helps request will be sent to the Practical Helps Team who will help those needing wisdom and assistance with general practical needs. By submitting this form, the one requesting help and the one receiving help understands:
1) this is for personal assistance from laypersons of SLC (not necessarily professional tradesmen)
2) SLC or those providing assistance will not be held liable to any degree
3) required to sign the SLC Service Agreement and Liability Form
4) all requests will be reviewed by the leadership team at SLC for approval and there is no guarantee that the request can be fulfilled by the practical helps team
